Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Pricing Executive role based in Dubai.
The Pricing Executive will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining customer pricing proposals and tariffs across various logistics services.
Day-to-day tasks include collecting and validating cost and operational data, building pricing models, and producing accurate quotes and tenders within agreed timelines.
The role also involves collaborating with commercial, operations, and finance teams to ensure pricing reflects service capabilities, profitability targets, and market conditions.
The Pricing Executive will monitor pricing performance, support margin analysis, and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
The role may also support reporting, pricing governance, and the continuous improvement of pricing tools and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong numerical, analytical, and Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain pricing and costing models.
- Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, or revenue management, ideally within logistics, supply chain, freight, or a related sector.
- Ability to interpret operational and financial data, identify trends, and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present pricing proposals clearly.
- High level of attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple quotes, tenders, and deadlines.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, commercially focused environment and making informed decisions under time pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with pricing or ERP/CRM systems is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, freight, or distribution operations is highly beneficial.
