Responsibilities
- Negotiate spot and contract rates with network agents, shipping lines, airlines, and trucking companies.
- Prepare accurate, cost-effective logistics pricing proposals for sales teams and clients.
- Act as the primary contact for assigned customers and respond to enquiries.
- Provide shipment status, tracking, documentation, and delivery schedule information.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints and communicate shipment updates, delays, or exceptions.
- Build customer relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
- Investigate shipment delays, damage, loss, and billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to resolve operational issues.
- Escalate complex issues and follow up to ensure resolution.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
