The Pricing Analyst supports pricing for fresh-cut fruit, vegetables, and meal solutions sold to customers across the United States and Canada.
The role works with Finance, Production, Sales, and Marketing to analyze markets and costs, develop pricing models, support competitiveness, and protect margins.
What you’ll own
- Research pricing trends, competitor strategies, and customer buying behavior; analyze economic indicators and industry data.
- Analyze product costs with Finance and Production and recommend cost-structure adjustments.
- Develop and regularly update pricing models based on costs, market dynamics, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on competitive pricing strategies; monitor competitor pricing and recommend changes.
- Assess the profitability effects of pricing changes, identify margin opportunities, and present recommendations to stakeholders.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of costing, pricing analysis, or market research experience.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and advanced Excel modeling; familiarity with ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, communication, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and business acumen.
Work setting
- Primarily office-based work involving extended sitting and computer use.
- Occasional walk-throughs of production and warehouse areas, which may be refrigerated.
