Pricing Analyst (Remote)

Work arrangement

• Candidates within 50 miles of the Lansdale, Pennsylvania office are expected onsite Tuesday through Thursday on a hybrid schedule.
• Candidates outside the 50-mile radius are eligible for remote work.
• Remote employees must travel to headquarters in Lansdale for onboarding and training during their first week.
• Applicants must be located in the Eastern or Central time zone and able to make the onboarding trip.

Responsibilities

• Develop job-quote pricing structures based on market trends and inventory levels; manage customer pricing in P21/ERP.
• Analyze pricing trends, turnaround time, win ratios, and price competitiveness.
• Provide sales with timely, accurate pricing information and align pricing strategies with customer needs.
• Use Excel and Power BI to manage and analyze pricing data.
• Identify process improvements, conduct competitive research, and maintain a competitive database.
• Prepare pricing and competitive analysis reports for management.
• Support pricing projects and provide pricing support across company divisions, including Distribution, OEM, and ESCO.

Experience and education

• 3–5 years of pricing analysis experience in manufacturing or distribution is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; equivalent work experience is considered.
• Lighting industry experience is not required; lighting product knowledge is preferred.

Tools and capabilities

• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and SQL is required.
• P21 software experience is highly desirable.
• Creative problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, organization, and time-management skills are sought.
