Location

Pricing execution and validation

• Prepare and submit bulk upload files to Jesta and manually enter price changes when bulk uploads are not required.
• Process product and pricing updates and obtain approvals for Drop Ship price changes.
• Validate price changes and markdown or markup totals, and spot-check execution.

Reporting and product data

• Run and distribute price-change reports; create store-specific PDFs for reprices, unit letters, and promotional events, then file them for documentation and audit.
• Validate attributes and process bulk attribute uploads, hierarchy changes, and tax code changes.
• Update Akeneo exclusions for MAP requirements and promotional events.

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of retail operations, data entry, or administrative support experience is preferred.
• Experience with Jesta or similar ERP/PIM systems is a plus.

Skills and working style

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CSV and XLSX file formats.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, communication, and basic analytical ability.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines and work independently or as part of a team.
