Key Responsibilities
- Operate steam presses, flatwork ironers, garment presses, and other finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Press and finish garments, uniforms, linens, curtains, and other textile items according to quality standards.
- Inspect items before and after pressing to identify stains, damages, or quality issues.
- Ensure garments are wrinkle-free, properly shaped, and neatly finished before packing.
- Sort and organize items based on customer requirements and production schedules.
- Follow garment care labels and special handling instructions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pressing and finishing area.
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or maintenance requirements to the supervisor.
Experience & Requirements
- Laundry Pressing experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience
