The Presentation Designer & Video Maker/Editor will create high-impact presentations, motion graphics, and video content to support executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project storytelling.
The role combines advanced PowerPoint design with hands-on video editing and simple animation to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals that align with brand and quality standards.

Skills & Experience
- Design & Software
- Advanced PowerPoint (layouts, master slides, custom themes, charting, and visual storytelling).
- Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects (essential).
- Ability to produce infographics, custom graphics, and simple 2D animations.
- Video & Motion
- Demonstrated experience editing corporate, training, or promotional videos.
- Competence in motion graphics, titling, transitions, and visual effects suitable for corporate standards.
- Optional but beneficial: basic camera operation and on-site shooting coordination.
- Professional Attributes
- Exceptional attention to detail and high quality standards.
- Strong time management; able to prioritize multiple concurrent requests and meet tight deadlines.
- Clear communicator with a collaborative mindset and service orientation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years of relevant experience spanning presentation design and video editing/motion graphics.
- Experience in corporate/consulting/agency settings; exposure to energy or industrial sectors is a plus.
- Portfolio/showreel demonstrating presentations and video work (required).

- Quality and clarity of visual storytelling in executive and stakeholder materials.
- On-time delivery against agreed timelines and ability to manage multiple briefs.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and adherence to brand and confidentiality standards.
- Efficiency improvements via templates, reusable assets, and streamlined workflows.
