Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Preschool Teacher at Filo.
The Preschool Teacher will design and implement engaging lesson plans, assist with curriculum development, and impart foundational knowledge to young learners through interactive and age-appropriate activities.
Responsibilities
include fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment, ensuring the overall development of toddlers and preschoolers, and maintaining open communication with caregivers.
Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education and teaching toddlers or kindergarten-aged children
- Strong skills in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development tailored to the needs of young learners
- Exceptional Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and team members
- Familiarity with kindergarten and preschool teaching methodologies
- Passion for working with young children, patience, and creativity
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Early Childhood Education or related field
