About the Opportunity:
This is not a traditional back-office engineering role.
As a Pre-Sales Support Engineer for
Warehouse Storage Solutions
, you will work at the exciting intersection of technical solution design and client-facing sales in one of the most dynamic sectors in the UAE - warehouse and logistics infrastructure.
From day one, you will be exposed to real client projects, site visits and solution presentations alongside our experienced sales team.
Over 12 to 18 months, you will progressively take on greater client-facing responsibility, supported by structured mentorship from senior sales professionals.
Our goal is simple: develop you into a technically credible, commercially aware Business Developer grown from within, built to last.
Technical & Design Support
- Assist in preparing CAD layouts and warehouse design concepts based on client requirements
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, tender responses and product specifications
- Coordinate with the design engineering team to ensure timely delivery of layouts and drawings
- Conduct site surveys, data gathering and measurements alongside the sales team
Pre-Sales Client Support
- Attend client meetings alongside senior sales reps to provide technical support and answer product-related questions
- Prepare solution presentations and support product demonstrations for client engagements
- Research client requirements and prepare preliminary feasibility assessments before formal project submission
- Support the development of structured, compelling and professional solution presentations
- Help prepare visual and data-driven materials that clearly communicate our value proposition to clients
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Civil Engineering or related field
Fresh graduate to 2 years industry experience is a plus, not a requirement
Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design tools, training will be provided
Languages: English fluency required - Arabic is a strong advantage
Location
Based in Dubai - occasional travel across UAE and GCC
