Key responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions, product demonstrations, and solution presentations; translate customer requirements into solutions.
- Develop proposals, presentations, RFP/RFQ responses, and technical documentation; conduct demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Work with Sales on proposals and strategies and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery to design customer solutions.
- Join customer workshops and requirements-gathering sessions; support RFPs and tenders from technical and solution perspectives.
- Demonstrate how Solidrange solutions address business and regulatory needs and stay current with relevant technology and industry trends.
Qualifications and skills
- Minimum three years in presales, solution consulting, business analysis, or a related technology role.
- Experience in enterprise software presales or solution consulting.
- Strong presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; ability to understand complex requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders; strong customer-facing skills.
- Experience with RFPs, tenders, PoCs, and product demonstrations.
- Arabic speaker.
Preferred background
- Experience in one or more of GRC or risk management, cybersecurity, compliance and regulatory technology, business continuity management, or internal audit is highly preferred.
