About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced
Presales SME – Life And General Insuranc
e to join our Middle East Presales team.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Life/General Insurance Operations, Takaful Operations, Business Analysis, Underwriting, Claims, Policy Administration, Product Configuration, or Insurance Transformation Projects who are interested in a customer-facing consulting and presales role.
The Presales SME will participate in customer engagements, demonstrations, solution workshops, proposal preparation, and business requirement analysis while working closely with Sales, Product Management, and Delivery teams.
This role provides an opportunity to work with insurers and Takaful operators across the GCC and Middle East region and contribute to digital transformation initiatives

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Insurance/ Finance/ Actuarial/ Accounting/Engineering
Experience
5–8 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Life And General Insurance Operations

- Underwriting
- Claims Administration
- Policy Administration
• Insurance Business Analysis
- Product Configuration
- Insurance Testing
• Insurance Implementation Projects
- Customer Support for Insurance Systems
