Job Summary:WORK FROM HOME OPPORTUNITY IN INDIAWe are seeking a dynamic Presales Manager with experience in ERP solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, crafting suitable solutions, and presenting them effectively.
You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to align customer needs with our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the **ERP presales function**, supporting business development and sales teams
- Conduct **requirement gathering sessions** with prospective clients
- Deliver **product demonstrations (demos)** tailored to client needs
- Prepare and present **solution proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and effort estimations**
- Work closely with technical and functional teams to design **customized ERP solutions**
- Provide **consultative selling support** to drive deal closures
- Analyze client business processes and recommend **ERP best practices**
- Maintain demo environments and ensure readiness for presentations
- Support **proof of concepts (POC)** and pilot implementations
- Mentor and guide presales consultants / functional consultants
Required Skills & Competencies
- + Strong understanding of **ERP systems** (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- + Excellent **functional knowledge** in domains like Finance, CRM, HR, or Supply Chain
- + Ability to **map business requirements to ERP solutions**
- + Strong **presentation and communication skills**
- + Experience in handling **client-facing roles and stakeholder management**
- + Good understanding of **business processes and workflows**
- + Ability to work in a **fast-paced, target-driven environment**
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.4+ years of experience in a presales role, specifically for ERP ( Odoo, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, etc..)Strong knowledge of ERP systems and modules (e.g., finance, HR, supply chain).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
