Presales Executive
to join our Dubai team.
What You'Ll Do
✔ Qualify and nurture inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
✔ Understand client requirements and identify suitable property options.
✔ Schedule meetings and property viewings for the sales team.
✔ Maintain accurate lead records and customer interactions within CRM systems.
✔ Conduct consistent follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
✔ Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion.
✔ Support proposal preparation, presentations, and client documentation.
✔ Build and maintain a strong network of prospective buyers and investors.
✔ Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the company's values of transparency and professionalism.
✔ Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We'Re Looking Formandatory Requirements
Excellent communication skills in
Malayalam and English
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Confidence in speaking with clients over phone, WhatsApp, and in person
Positive attitude, self-motivation, and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work from our Dubai office
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in Sales, Presales, Telecalling, Customer Service, or Real Estate
Knowledge of
Hindi
is an added advantage
Experience using CRM platforms and lead management tools
Strong lead qualification and prospect nurturing skills
Ability to handle multiple client interactions effectively
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory for exceptional candidates
UAE Real Estate experience is a strong advantage
