Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jeddah for a Presales Engineer.
The Presales Engineer will evaluate client requirements, provide technical consultation, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
include conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, collaborating with technical teams for solution integration, and supporting the sales team in the bid and tendering processes.
The role also involves maintaining a clear understanding of emerging technologies and market trends in the engineering industry.
Qualifications
- Experience in Technical Support and Integration in engineering or related fields
- Strong Presales and Sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to clients
- Familiarity with Security solutions and technologies, and experience in implementing or supporting such systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, clear communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Proficient in preparing technical documentation and proposals
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively under tight deadlines
- Experience in the engineering, construction, or infrastructure sector is an advantage
