We are seeking a polished and driven **Premium Property Consultant** to join our team and represent our high‑quality residential and investment properties across Abu Dhabi’s most desirable communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and promote premium‑level properties to local and international clients
- Conduct property tours, lifestyle‑focused presentations, and investment consultations
- Build and manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate offers and close deals with professionalism and accuracy
- Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and returning clients
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
- Deliver exceptional service aligned with premium market expectations
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or high‑end client services is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with international clients and premium buyers
- Professional appearance and strong business etiquette
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
