Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking a professional, energetic, and guest-focused event-based part-time Catering Server to join our Premium team. This event-based, part-time role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable guest experiences through outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and seamless event execution.

Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional food and beverage service while exceeding guest expectations.

Collaborate with culinary and event teams to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery, including accommodating special requests and dietary needs.

Prepare event spaces before guest arrival by setting tables, rolling silverware, stocking service stations, and ensuring all areas are clean and guest-ready.

Maintain dining and service areas throughout events, ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

Anticipate guest needs, answer questions, and provide attentive, personalized service.

Follow all Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines and comply with company food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.

Support event setup, breakdown, and additional operational duties as assigned.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
