Preconstruction Manager

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Procore, Salesforce, and Oracle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project scheduling software
• Involvement in cost-reduction initiatives including data analysis and recommended actions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other related field
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in procurement and construction
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction: Including planning, equipment, methods, cost control methods, and safety requirements
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction services procurement
• Must possess a highly motivated personality, effective communication skills, and a strong ability to work in a high-performing team environment with a customer service focus
• Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers, utility and governmental personnel
• Must possess a framework understanding of construction contracts.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
