About This Role
The Position
Responsible for providing strategic advice and input for the operation of projects, planning and scheduling, cost engineering, within the guidelines of management and in line with the client requirements, by utilizing the available resources to support and ensure that accurate and competitive quotations are prepared in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in commercial interior fit-out, design and build, workplace interiors, hospitality fit-out or related construction sectors.
- Proven experience in a pre-contract, bid management, commercial management, estimating management or design coordination role.
- Experience managing turnkey design and build tenders from initial brief through to contract award.
- Good understanding of interior design, technical detailing, MEP coordination, joinery, FF&E and authority requirements.
- Ability to review drawings, specifications, BOQs, cost plans and tender documentation.
- Experience working with clients, consultants, designers, estimators, planners and construction teams.
- Strong knowledge of commercial risk, tender qualifications, value engineering and procurement strategy.
