Previous experience as a construction estimator or relevant preconstruction role.

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building systems across multiple trades.

Experience creating detailed quantity takeoffs and full‐scope estimates.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Familiarity with estimating software preferred.

Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines.
