Pre Sales Executive

Overview

• Lead Response & Logging : Respond to all incoming leads (portals, ads, referrals, walk-ins) within minutes. Log every lead in the CRM with source, budget, project interest, and urgency.
• Outbound Outreach : Proactively reach out to outgoing/database leads (past inquiries, cold leads, old contacts) to re-engage interest and check for updated requirements.
• Qualification : Quickly assess budget, location preference, property type (off-plan/ready), purpose (investment/end-use), and timeline. Filter out unserious inquiries before passing to brokers.
• Appointment Setting : Pitch the value of a meeting and lock in a confirmed date/time (call, site visit, or office consultation). Own the broker's calendar coordination.
• Follow-Ups : Maintain consistent follow-up (call/WhatsApp/email) for warm leads not yet ready, sharing brochures and payment plans to keep them engaged.
• Meeting Prep & Handoff : Brief the broker before each meeting with client profile, requirements, and key talking points.
• Reminders : Send confirmations and reminders before scheduled meetings to minimize no-shows.
• Reporting : Track daily/weekly metrics: leads contacted (inbound + outbound), qualified, meetings booked, meetings held, conversion rate.
• Marketing Feedback : Flag which lead sources/campaigns deliver quality, meeting-ready leads.
• Skills Needed : Strong phone communication, persistence, basic Dubai real estate market knowledge, CRM proficiency,
