About The Role
- As a Portfolio Manager at Quest For Nest Real Estate, you will play a key role in building client relationships, understanding investment objectives, and guiding clients through their real estate journey.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing a portfolio of investors and end users.
- Conducting strategic prospecting and business development activities.
- Understanding client requirements and recommending suitable investment opportunities.
- Arranging property viewings and providing market insights.
- Negotiating and closing transactions while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Developing long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
