About This Role

Overview

We're hiring an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant (3-5 years in ERP solutions) to demonstrate ERPNext's value, guide clients through needs discovery, and drive sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations showcasing ERPNext capabilities
  • Collaborate with sales to create customized solutions aligned with client objectives
  • Prepare detailed proposals and RFP responses
  • Conduct needs assessments and analyze business processes
  • Provide technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and Q&A
  • Build trusted relationships to establish credibility and long-term partnerships
  • Stay updated on ERPNext developments and industry trends
  • Train sales teams on features, benefits, and objection handling

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
  • 3-5 years pre-sales consulting experience, preferably with ERPNext
  • Deep ERP functionality knowledge across modules
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate technical features into business value
  • Proven track record boosting sales through pre-sales support
