Overview
We're hiring an experienced ERP Pre-Sales Consultant (3-5 years in ERP solutions) to demonstrate ERPNext's value, guide clients through needs discovery, and drive sales success.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospects to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Deliver compelling product demos and presentations showcasing ERPNext capabilities
- Collaborate with sales to create customized solutions aligned with client objectives
- Prepare detailed proposals and RFP responses
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze business processes
- Provide technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and Q&A
- Build trusted relationships to establish credibility and long-term partnerships
- Stay updated on ERPNext developments and industry trends
- Train sales teams on features, benefits, and objection handling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
- 3-5 years pre-sales consulting experience, preferably with ERPNext
- Deep ERP functionality knowledge across modules
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate technical features into business value
- Proven track record boosting sales through pre-sales support
