Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Pre-Sales Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in the System Integration industry.
The candidate will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and supporting the sales team throughout the sales cycle.
Experience
in ELV, Security Systems, ICT Infrastructure, Access Control, CCTV, Time Attendance, Networking, and System Integration solutions is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze customer requirements, RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents.
- Design and propose integrated solutions including Security, ELV, ICT, and Low Current Systems.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, compliance statements, and solution presentations.
- Conduct site surveys and gather technical requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers for solution design, quotations, and technical support.
- Support the sales team during customer meetings, technical discussions, and product demonstrations.
- Ensure solutions comply with project specifications, standards, and customer requirements.
- Prepare system architecture diagrams, network topology diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Work closely with project, engineering, and procurement teams during project handover.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of Pre-Sales experience in a System Integration company.

• ELV & Security Systems
- Experience in preparing BOQs, technical submittals, and tender responses.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, and AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Vendor certifications in security, networking, or ELV systems.
- Experience with enterprise security and integrated solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
