Pre-Qualification Engineer And Coordinator
- is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Core responsibilities include preparation and management of pre-qualification and registration documents for clients and vendors, ensuring all technical and commercial information is complete, accurate, and compliant with client requirements.
- Coordinating with internal technical, commercial, and quality teams to collect supporting data, certificates, as well as maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems.
- Extends tender and business development support from identifying bid opportunities up to competitive bid submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical business field.
- Strong Analytical Skills to review client requirements, assess technical data, and validate compliance.
- Quality Assurance experience, including familiarity with quality systems, documentation control, and compliance standards, will be a leverage.
- Ability to coordinate across multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple pre-qualification tasks and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems; attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Relevant exposure in the Energy, Power & Water, or related industrial sectors in the UAE is a plus.
