Role overview

Qualifications and experience

• At least eight years of relevant expertise in IT services and consulting.
• Experience driving end-to-end sales through closure, managing proposals, or working on project-based large deals.
• Any undergraduate degree; an MBA is preferred.
• Experience in the professional services sector and working knowledge of large, global, complex, multimillion-dollar prospects.

Skills and knowledge

• Written and verbal fluency in English.
• Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, communication, and team-building abilities.
• Sales, sales enablement, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with design thinking fundamentals, pipeline management, deal qualification, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy, deal shaping, financial modelling, and contract drafting and management.
• Good knowledge of business process outsourcing, application development, cloud computing, security, and other technology platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end sales opportunities through closure.
• Manage proposals and work on project-based opportunities involving large deals.
• Qualify deals and manage the sales pipeline.
• Develop competitive positioning, client relationship strategies, and deal-shaping approaches.
• Support financial modelling and contract drafting and management for sales opportunities.
• Engage with large, global, complex prospects on multimillion-dollar opportunities.
