Whether you're an experienced Practice Manager or come from a similar people and service-focused background, if you’re ready for a new challenge this could be the opportunity you’re looking for.

We’re looking for a motivated and people-focused Practice Manager to join our fabulous team at Cheltenham Pittville Lawn

40 hours a week over 5 days

Core normal practice manager working hours are 8:30-5:30pm

Practice opening hours Mon 8-6pm, Tues 8-5pm, Weds 8-8pm, Thurs 8-4pm and Fri 8-3pm

Competitive hourly rate

5-surgery, specialist high level private practice

Please note that as part of your role, you’ll be the Registered Manager for this practice.

About you

We’d love to receive your application to our Practice Manager vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:

A healthcare, retail, hospitality, or similar service-focused background - experience managing a dental practice or strong leadership experience as a lead dental nurse is an added bonus but not essential

Passionate about delivering great service

Leading and supporting colleagues to perform at their best

Confident working with financials (P&L, KPIs, budgets)

Focused on delivering operational excellence : from fully-functioning equipment and facilities, to a compliant, process-driven practice team
