FYihealth group aims to create a comprehensive rewards package to attract and retain top talent. The expected starting compensation for this position is between $58,100.00 to $72,600.00 annually, considering factors like experience, skills, and qualifications. Base pay is just one component of our overall Total Rewards offering. We look forward to speaking with you more about our continued dedication to our team's overall well-being and growth.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 2-4 years of management or supervisory experience
  • Previous experience in customer service and retail preferred
  • Understanding of operations, processes, and business performance
  • Proficiency with technology and computers, including MS Office Suite
  • Proven ability to inspire, coach, and mentor a team while driving organizational goals and delivering exceptional patient experiences
  • A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive team player with a growth mindset, able to manage changing priorities effectively
  • Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of optical theory and eyewear merchandise is considered an asset
