About the Role
Our client, one of the leading consumer health and manufacturing leaders in the market, is looking for a dynamic
PR, Social & Influencer Activation Manager
to drive brand visibility, engagement, and cultural relevance in-market.
You will lead local execution across PR, social media, and influencer marketing, while aligning with regional strategy (RAMET hub, Dubai).
This role is
focused on the Saudi market
and is ideal for a creative and data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, consumer-focused environment with experience working across
Saudi Arabia and/or the wider GCC region
.
Influencer & Creator Marketing
- Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns from planning to execution and performance tracking
- Build and manage strong relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies
- Drive campaigns with clear KPIs, ROI tracking, and optimization
- Manage ambassador programs, product seeding, and platform partnerships (TikTok, Meta)
Social Media (Organic)
- Own content calendars and publishing across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Ensure content is culturally relevant, on-brand, and trend-driven
- Monitor performance and optimize engagement and growth
PR & Media Relations
- Execute local PR strategy in line with regional direction
- Build strong relationships with media, journalists, and KOLs
- Manage press releases, media outreach, and coverage opportunities
Events & Activations
- Plan and deliver PR events, influencer activations, and product launches
- Ensure strong storytelling, attendance, and post-event amplification
Collaboration & Insights
- Partner with regional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment
- Share market insights, trends, and campaign performance
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in PR, social media, influencer marketing, or communications
- Strong knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, Meta, etc.)
- Experience managing campaigns, agencies, and budgets with ROI focus
- Experience with experience working across
- Saudi Arabia and/or the wider GCC region
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English and native Arabic speaker
