  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic PR Officer Manager to lead our public relations and corporate communications efforts.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee media relations, reputation management, communication strategies, and public engagement initiatives while ensuring consistent and effective messaging across all channels.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of public relations and communications professionals
  • Develop and execute public relations strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry stakeholders
  • Prepare and review press releases, media statements, speeches, and corporate communications materials
  • Manage media inquiries, interviews, and public-facing communications
  • Monitor brand reputation and implement proactive reputation management initiatives
  • Coordinate public relations campaigns, events, and corporate announcements
  • Collaborate with marketing, leadership, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging
  • Manage crisis communications and develop response strategies when required
  • Track media coverage, campaign performance, and public relations metrics to provide insights and recommendations
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media relations, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong experience in media relations, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to create compelling communication materials for various audiences
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience managing public relations campaigns and communication strategies
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle sensitive communications matters
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
