Preferred qualifications
- 3+ years of PR experience, preferably within a marketing or communications agency.
- Established media contacts across the UAE and MENA, with experience securing media placements and executing PR campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or hospitality and a strong understanding of the UAE media landscape and PR trends.
- Strong organization, independent client management, and a proactive, creative, results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client PR strategies across different industries.
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets; secure coverage, interviews, features, and editorial placements.
- Identify PR opportunities, brand collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate PR for brand launches, events, and media activations; align with internal marketing teams.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare monthly performance reports.
Compensation and terms
- Employment Type is listed as Freelance / Contract.
- Performance-based bonuses are offered for exceeding monthly KPIs.
- The role includes a 3-month probationary period.
