Role Description
This is a full-time, on site PR & Communications Specialist role based in Abu Dhabi.
The PR & Communications Specialist will craft and distribute press releases, case studies, and thought leadership content that clearly communicates Aleria’s value proposition and impact
across media, digital, and stakeholder channels
.
Media Relations & Public Affairs
- Support the development and maintenance of regional and international media relationships
- Draft press releases, media advisories, and media pitches aligned with corporate milestones
- Coordinate press outreach, ensure consistency of messaging, and follow-up for announcements and company news
- Monitor media coverage, track mentions, and compile media reports
- Prepare briefing materials and talking points for executive media engagements
- Support announcement strategies tied to partnerships, deployments, and business milestones
Corporate Content & Executive Communications Support
- Draft corporate communications including press releases, executive statements, and op-eds
- Support the preparation of board-level communications and investor materials as required
- Assist in translating complex AI infrastructure capabilities into clear institutional language
- Support the development of government briefing notes and stakeholder documentation
Event Communications & On-Ground Coverage
- Plan and execute PR and social media coverage for corporate events, conferences, and industry engagements
- Coordinate photography and videography requirements for events and corporate activities
- Capture and publish real-time event updates across digital and media channels
- Develop post-event content, media summaries, and coverage recaps
- Support preparation of communications materials before and after key corporate events
Qualifications
- Strong Public Relations and Media Relations skills, with experience building and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and industry publications.
- Proven ability to draft high-quality Press Releases and related materials tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Excellent Communication and Strategic Communications capabilities, including message development, narrative building, and stakeholder-focused storytelling.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
- Experience in technology, AI, or enterprise software environments, preferably within the MENA region.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
