- The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in providing day-to-day support for client projects.
- This involves crafting materials, such as stakeholder engagement plans, briefing documents, intelligence reports, while also conducting and analyzing research on various client-related matters.
- Additionally, you will takes charge of coordinating client meetings and events, as well as contributing to client deliverables under the guidance of a Consultant or assigned account manager.
- Demonstrating proficiency in tactical skills, foundational writing abilities, and effective written and verbal communication, the Account Executive is expected to interact with staff at all levels.
- What will be your responsibilities?
- Collaborate within an account team to implement effective PR strategies and plans.
- Cultivate strong relationships and networks with colleagues, clients, and media professionals, addressing day-to-day inquiries from the media and other organizations.
- Monitor diverse media channels, including newspapers, magazines, journals, broadcasts, newswires, social media platforms, and blogs, to identify opportunities for clients.
- Conduct research and disseminate targeted press releases to the media.
- Compile and analyze media coverage, generating comprehensive clipping reports.
- Contribute to the organization of PR events, such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press/influencer trips.
- Support in identifying speaker opportunities and exploring suitable brand collaborations.
- Manage and curate content on social media platforms like Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook, engaging with users to enhance brand presence.
- Generate regular client reports and actively participate in client meetings.
- Conduct research for new business proposals and present findings to the leadership team.
