Role overview

Mid-level delivery role supporting low-code automation and AI-enabled solutions across the firm.

Build and support secure, maintainable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Copilot Studio.

Work with business and technology stakeholders within enterprise access, data-protection and change controls.

Power Platform delivery

  • Design, build, test and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI solutions and Dataverse applications.
  • Gather business requirements, recommend solutions and create workflows that reduce repetitive manual work.
  • Improve solutions based on user feedback, operational findings and changing business needs.

Copilot and AI solutions

  • Create, configure, test and support Copilot Studio agents for defined business and technology use cases.
  • Ground agents in approved SharePoint, Microsoft 365 or Dataverse content and connect them to approved workflow actions.
  • Set agent instructions, human-review points, escalation paths and safe failure behavior.
  • Evaluate new AI capabilities and recommend whether to adopt, pilot or wait.

Integration and operations

  • Integrate with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, SQL and approved enterprise services using connectors or APIs.
  • Use managed solutions, connection references, environment variables and deployment pipelines across development, test and production.
  • Support UAT, releases, monitoring, incident investigation and post-release improvements.
  • Troubleshoot connectors, permissions, gateways, service accounts and data quality, involving specialist teams when needed.

Governance and adoption

  • Follow environment, DLP, access-control, data-handling and change-management standards.
  • Maintain solution documentation, support notes, runbooks and release records.
  • Provide demonstrations, learning content, office-hours support and practical guidance to users and citizen developers.
  • Use adoption, support and process measures to assess solution value and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

Required experience

  • Relevant experience in Power Platform, business applications or Microsoft 365 solution delivery.
  • Hands-on Power Apps and Power Automate experience, with working knowledge of Power BI and Dataverse.
  • Practical Copilot Studio experience, or strong Power Platform experience with recent evidence of building and testing AI agents.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into maintainable solutions; understanding of testing, UAT, deployment and production support.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint Online, Teams and Outlook for business solutions.
  • Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders and ability to work independently while escalating risks appropriately.

Desirable experience

  • Financial services or other regulated-enterprise experience is desirable.
  • SQL, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, custom connectors or on-premises data gateways are desirable.
  • Power Platform desktop flows, Azure DevOps, source control, Power Platform CLI, Microsoft Purview, Information Barriers, Entra ID registrations, service principals or Azure AI services are desirable.
