Project and role

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards for programme and project stakeholders.
• Gather reporting requirements from PMO, project controls, commercial, risk, and programme management teams.
• Develop data models, transformations, and automated reporting using Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.
• Integrate data from project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, document management, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and data integrity; develop KPI dashboards and executive reporting packs.
• Collaborate with PMIS, digital, and information management teams to improve data architecture and reporting processes.
• Create automated workflows, support data validation and testing, and troubleshoot and optimize datasets and reports.
• Train users, provide technical support, document solutions, maintain reporting standards, and support continuous improvement.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics, or enterprise information management.
• PL-300 Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification or equivalent is required.
• Extensive enterprise Power BI report and dashboard development experience; strong knowledge of Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Experience integrating SQL Server, Oracle, cloud platform, and enterprise application data.
• Experience in major infrastructure, construction, PMO, or programme management environments.
• Strong understanding of KPI development, performance reporting, and executive dashboard design; experience automating BI and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
• Familiarity with project controls, scheduling, cost, risk, and commercial management data structures is highly desirable.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, Microsoft Office and enterprise reporting platform experience, and fluent English communication skills.
