About This Role
Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented **Power BI Administrator – L2** to join our onsite team.
The ideal candidate will support the administration, monitoring, and maintenance of the Power BI environment while ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of dashboards and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Power BI Service environments including workspaces, datasets, and dashboards
- Monitor report performance, refresh schedules, and gateway operations
- Manage user access, permissions, and security settings
- Assist in troubleshooting Power BI-related issues and incidents
- Support report deployment and maintenance activities
- Ensure data governance and compliance standards are followed
- Collaborate with BI developers, database teams, and business users
- Perform routine system health checks and maintenance tasks
- Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and support activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Power BI administration or BI support roles
- Hands-on experience with Power BI Service and Power BI Admin Portal
- Basic understanding of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases
- Knowledge of data refresh schedules, gateways, and workspace management
- Understanding of data security and access management
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Language Requirement
- **Arabic: Mandatory (Reading, Writing, and Speaking)**
- English proficiency required for technical and professional communication

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Willingness to learn and grow in BI administration technologies
