Preferred Qualifications

  • Patch-clamp electrophysiology, quantitative imaging, protein engineering, structural methods (cryo-EM, X-ray, MD modeling), lipid biochemistry, and/or disease models (rodents or organoid/organ-on-chip). This position is Onsite. The work is performed on-site or at a designated assignment location. Appointment: Salary at NIH/NRSA scale, with full Duke benefits.   • Lead independent, high-impact projects on ion channel and lipid transporter biology; design and execute experiments; analyze and publish data; present at conferences; and mentor junior trainees.
