Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all post-tensioning projects to ensure proper execution, progress monitoring, manpower and material control, quality compliance, and timely project reporting.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily progress of all post-tensioning projects.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, stressing teams, and subcontractors.
- Plan and control manpower allocation between projects.
- Monitor PT materials, stressing equipment, and site requirements.
- Ensure PT works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers regarding PT activities.
- Track material consumption and site productivity.
- Support invoicing and progress claim preparation.
- Ensure proper documentation of stressing records and inspection reports.
- Assist management in planning upcoming PT works and resource requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Experience in post-tensioning works and construction projects.
- Good understanding of PT systems, stressing, and grouting activities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good reporting and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting systems.
- UAE driving license preferred.
