Post Harvest Technician

Flow Distribution is hiring Post Harvest Technicians for an immediate start to support cannabis production from harvest through distribution. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in preparing high-quality product for final packaging.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position involving repetitive tasks and production-based work. It’s a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a team environment.

Reliable and consistent attendance

Active Facility Agent Card holder (preferred)

Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and quality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Positive attitude and willingness to take direction

Previous trimming, manufacturing, or labor experience (preferred)

Consistent full-time schedule

Opportunity to build hands-on production experience

Repetitive, production-based work for most of the shift

Combination of sitting, standing, and manual labor

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

Exposure to plant material, dust, odors, and varying temperatures
