Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or an allied branch from a Mechanical or Manufacturing stream.
Zero to two years of experience and a minimum commitment to work for two years.
Salary is stated as 18,000 to 25,000 per month, depending on performance in technical and HR interviews.
Experience with simulation software in casting, forging, sheet forming, heat treatment, or injection molding.
Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis and computational manufacturing.

Learn company products and demonstrate them technically to interested prospects; complete benchmark problems defined by prospects.
Execute consulting projects related to manufacturing processes and tool and die making.
Meet customers in person and discuss technical requirements online or offline, evaluate feasibility, and perform technical work.
Attend conferences and technical seminars; execute research projects and contribute to paper publications.
Develop multiscale environments, code, and new algorithms.
Support sales and marketing teams with technical feasibility and customer queries, and support company products and services.
