Position: Meal Plan Sales Consultant

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads generated through WhatsApp, website inquiries, social media, and walk-ins.
• Conduct consultations to understand customers’ health goals, dietary preferences, and lifestyle needs.
• Recommend suitable meal plans and explain program benefits.
• Convert inquiries into paying customers and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage renewals and upgrades.
• Re-engage inactive customers and generate repeat business.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with nutritionists, customer service, and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Provide daily and weekly sales reports.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience, preferably in meal plans, fitness, nutrition, wellness, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport and close sales.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, CRM systems, and phone sales.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
