Role overview

What you'll be doing

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic Commercial Technology programmes and projects.
• Lead initiatives through mobilisation, implementation, transition and closure.
• Turn business and technology roadmaps into integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, resources and releases.
• Drive delivery using appropriate Agile, Hybrid or Waterfall approaches.
• Provide senior stakeholders and executive forums with progress, risk, cost, dependency and outcome visibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Security, Operations and Business Change.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, variances and value-for-money decisions.
• Oversee strategic partners and suppliers and ensure contractual delivery commitments are met.
• Ensure solutions meet architecture, security, compliance, operational readiness and service requirements.
• Resolve complex risks, issues and dependencies; coach delivery professionals and support portfolio decisions.

• Strong senior stakeholder influence, financial management, budget ownership, forecasting and supplier management.
• Experience in governance, delivery assurance, risk management and executive reporting.
• Ability to resolve complex delivery challenges and maintain momentum and confidence.
• Experience across Product, Engineering, Data, Architecture, Information Security and Business Change.
• Strong communication, facilitation and decision-making skills, with an interest in continuous improvement and coaching.
