The role
Hands-on role building clear overviews of the family office and portfolio, organizing portfolio-company documents, maintaining datarooms, and running AI-supported due diligence.

Key responsibilities
- Create structured overviews of the family office and its portfolio companies.
- Collect, organize, and maintain complete documentation from portfolio companies.
- Build and maintain high-quality virtual datarooms.
- Manage the AI due diligence system to identify gaps, risks, and improvement areas.
- Monitor operational and financial performance across departments, including finance, operations, commercial, and compliance.
- Prepare concise summaries, flag issues or missing information for the investment team, and support portfolio monitoring and reporting.
What we’re looking for
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; proactive, reliable, and eager to learn.
- Interest in family offices, private investments, or portfolio operations.
- Comfortable working with documents, data, and AI tools.
- Good written English and ability to produce clear summaries and overviews.
- Based in Dubai and willing to work on-site in the office.
- Experience in finance, operations, consulting, or a related field is a plus.
Workplace
- On-site role in the Dubai office, based in the JLT region.
