  • 3+ years of writing similar content at another major publication or as a sell-side or buy-side research analyst.
  • Strong writing and research skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a high-intensity environment, often under tight deadline pressures
  • A collaborative approach that welcomes teamwork
  • Good news judgment and ability to spot smart story angles
  • Clips of well-researched investment ideas that went on to be successful
  • A passion for investing and uncovering new trends on Wall Street
  • Established relationships with Wall Street investors and analysts
  • Deep understanding of company fundamentals
  • Past experience analyzing companies
  • MBA and/or CFA credential
  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital newsroom and/or experience working on Wall Street or at a financial firm

Responsibilities

  • Pitch, report, and write stories on stocks and investing that will help our members become better investors
  • Conduct research for and contribute to broader projects
  • Produce articles for the Investing Club and CNBC
  • Coordinate visuals for digital stories, including charts and data visualizations
  • Sweat it out -- Free onsite fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, plus daily group classes

  • This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary range: $110,000 - $140,000
