About This Role
Description
Participates in the movement of internal mail, patient files, medical reports, and any other items as required within the hospital and in the Dallah Hospital campus.
Takes patient files from the central files or from the OPD Clinics.
Delivers medical reports from the clinic to the concerned person / department for the approval.
Sends and receives faxes.
Accompanies patient to the levels with their files.
Photocopies for the OPD Admin Offices.
Sends medical reports to the patient files for VIP patients.
Assists VIP coordinator in accompanying VIP patients.
Collects medication for VIP out patients as directed.
Implements appropriate policies and procedures to achieve the Hospital's goals and objectives in pursuit of Standards of Care, Quality performance improvement.
Performs any other duties within the range of his/her competence, as directed by the Outpatient Manager.
Requirements
Al least Two years of experience in a similar job.
Must be familiar with medical terminology.
Required Skills
Able To Speak And Read English And Arabic Languages
