Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, sidewalks, parking areas, and trash enclosures

Clean and maintain breezeways, entryways, stairwells, and common areas

Pressure wash buildings, entryways, and walkways as needed

Remove trash and debris from grounds, dumpster areas, and bulk trash zones

Monitor and empty trash receptacles throughout the property

Assist with light maintenance tasks as directed (painting, minor repairs, curb appeal projects)

Communicate maintenance concerns or safety issues to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions

Comfortable working independently and with a team

Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule

Previous experience in groundskeeping, janitorial, or general labor

Bilingual abilities

Willingness to grow into a maintenance-related role
