Portal Administrator
is responsible for managing, updating, and improving the company’s digital property portals.
This role ensures that all property listings are accurate, current, and published across the correct platforms.
The Portal Administrator works closely with agents, CRM developers, photographers, videographers, and management to support listing performance, portal functionality, and user experience.
The position requires strong attention to detail, technical awareness, coordination skills, and a clear understanding of real estate portal operations.
The role also supports reporting, documentation, troubleshooting, and market analysis to help improve the company’s online visibility and lead generation.
Portal Administrator
, your duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1.
Manage the administration, functionality, and performance of digital portals.
2.
Monitor system health, uptime, and performance indicators to maintain a consistent user experience.
3.
Troubleshoot and fix technical issues with the portal in a timely manner.
4.
Regularly update and patch portal systems to ensure their security and operation.
5.
Creating listings for all the New and Existing Properties to all of our portals for both Qatar, Dubai and International Projects.
6.
Making sure that accurate details such as the latest availability, Price Change, etc. will be incorporated accordingly to the listings in our portals.
7.
Coordinating for the latest availability list for all the partnered corporate accounts.
8.
Reviewing documents submitted by the agents for marketing agreements.
9.
Coordinating with the photographer and videographer for the new property photoshoot and video shoot schedule.
10.
Doing a regular audit or evaluation on the website to make sure that the posted advertisement is accurate.
11.
Providing support to the agents in terms of their inquiries of listings.
12.
Doing a market analysis on the performance of our property listing in our portals
13.
Property Finder, Qatar Living, International Portals.
14.
Making sure that we maintain the count of premium and featured listings in Property Finder.
15.
Provide first-level technical support to users who are experiencing problems with the portal.
16.
Troubleshoot and resolve portal-related issues, and escalate to our partnered CRM developers.
17.
Document issues and solutions to help with future troubleshooting.
18.
Collaborate with CRM developers and other departments to improve portal functionality.
19.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the portal is in line with company goals.
20.
Participate in the planning and deployment of new portal features and updates.
21.
Create regular reports on portal performance, user activity, and security events.
22.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for portal setups, user roles, and system updates.
23.
Provide insights and recommendations based on portal usage trends and user comments.
24.
Train users and staff on recommended practices for portal usage and security.
25.
Create and maintain user guides, frequently asked questions, and other tools to assist users in properly navigating the site.
26.
Carrying out any duties that may arise, or as directed, that are in support of Betterhomes and its various divisions.
