Pool Lifeguard (Male)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pool and surrounding areas to ensure the safety of all swimmers and visitors.
• Enforce pool safety rules, regulations, and emergency procedures.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues, first aid, and CPR when required.
• Conduct regular inspections of pool facilities, equipment, and safety devices.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards around the pool area.
• Record daily pool activities, incidents, and maintenance issues in logbooks.
• Ensure lifesaving equipment such as rescue tubes, first aid kits, and alarms are in proper working condition.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist guests with pool-related inquiries.
• Report hazards, accidents, or unusual activities to management promptly.
• Support facility operations and maintain compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1**–3 years of Lifeguard experience in UAE** (mandatory).
• Valid **Lifeguard Certification** from recognized bodies.
• Valid **CPR**, **First Aid**, and **AED** certification.
• Good knowledge of pool safety procedures and emergency response protocols.
• Strong communication skills in English or Hindi (Arabic is an advantage).
• Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
