About This Role
Overview
Primary Objective of the Executive is to update the policy census and issue Network access cards.
As an additional task, the Executive is required to assist the other/junior Executives in achieving their targets (e.g.
KPI-TAT) by guiding them in clearing ambiguities before data upload and helping them overcome the technical issues that they might face, based on his/her experience.
Responsibilities And Duties
· Acknowledge member data and timely update the system for various operations/tasks/endorsements as per HR request; as per agreed requirements, standards, policies & procedures, KPI/TAT.
Communicates to Sender once task is completed.
· Issue NHS membership cards for the client’s customers as per correct templates and types.
· Check the print Quality before Delivery.
· Log the cards for internal records.
Do proper archiving of correspondence & data.
· Ensure companies electronic equipment’s at client’s Premises are maintained properly (applicable for those staff available at the payer’s premises).
· Escalate to Team Leader any substandard requirements, deviations and delays in data uploading.
Knowledge, Skills And Experience
· Minimum Secondary Certificate.
· Should be a team player with an aptitude for customer support.
· Good communication skills (bilingual is a plus).
· Must be computer literate (Excel, Photos management & mapping to members’ data).
· Candidate must be tactful and discrete when dealing with clients and must be able to handle confidential information.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Pleasant and displays eagerness to serve at all times.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
