Examine the patient to diagnose diseases, illnesses, and injuries.

Check and review the patient’s medical history.

Order additional medical tests to form a better diagnosis if necessary.

Analyze X-rays and lab tests to identify a particular ailment.

Prescribe orthotics and pain relief medications

Use innovative methods to treat conditions.

Refer patients to other specialists whenthe conditions are not your area of expertise.

Advise patients on proper foot care and therapeutic techniques.

Develop therapeutic and surgical treatment plans to address the patient’s foot and lowerleg issues.

Provide consultation to patients.

Maintain consistent follow-up with patients to monitor progress and recovery

Adjust treatment plans as necessary based on patient response

Provide ongoing consultation and support to patients and caregivers

Collaborate with primary care physicians, specialists, and home health providers forcontinuity of care

Interact and maintain contact with patients to track the progress of treatment

Monitor the recovery progress of patients to determine the need for change in treatment

Travel to patient homes across assigned service areas, ensuring punctual and professionalcare.

Adapt treatment approaches to various home settings and patient needs.

Provide a compassionate, reassuring presence for patients who may havemobilitylimitations or difficulty accessing clinics.

Foster strong patient relationships through personalized, in-home care.

Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping during and after house calls.
