Role overview

Governance and planning

• Define governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.
• Structure planning cycles, milestones, and execution follow-up.
• Ensure consistent processes across value streams and share PMO best practices.

Portfolio and risk management

• Consolidate and track progress, risks, and dependencies across initiatives.
• Provide structured stakeholder reporting aligned with business needs.
• Maintain reporting data quality and improve reporting standards.
• Assess cross-stream risks and dependencies, drive mitigation, and escalate delivery issues when needed.

Continuous improvement

• Improve tools, templates, and ways of working to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Promote project management best practices and operating-model maturity.
• Support process enhancements and cross-functional alignment.

Candidate requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in PMO, project, or program support roles, with a strong background in reporting, governance, and planning.
• Ability to work across teams and stakeholders, with analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in digital or IT environments.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus.
